Playing so bad

I'm losing ALL my confidence. It's completely shattered. I've somehow misapplied Krantz and whitelime's LAG play into my low stakes games. I overdid 3 and 4 betting and didn't know how to play postflop.

I'm so out of it right now. I can barely even make sense of anything.

I just lost my flush to someone who hit their full house on the river. I've lost so many river hands today, but in addition to that, I've also made bad plays. In addition to that, I didn't catch any straights or flushes and have to check down to donkeys who have called me down with 3rd pair.
